Project Management Preparatory Academy leads in the identification and implementation of a range of integrated project management techniques, tools, and training to improve the timeliness and quality of our product and services. We promote communications and cooperation between and among organizations to help our divisions achieve market leadership.

The Academy has developed a culture of building close relationships and providing industry leading Learning Solutions® with our clients, our partners, and the individual Project Manager. To guarantee the effectiveness of our World Class Project Management Boot Camps, we work intimately with each client to ensure we are aligned on all key requirements, initiatives, or Learning Solutions®. Our successfully deployed Learning Solutions® provide an environment our clients require to perform at their highest levels on a regular and routine basis.

Company Innovations

Project Management Preparatory Academy combines world-class instruction with proven methodology, mentoring, coaching, and simulations to equip Project Managers with the armaments for battle. The Academy's primary focus is Project Management Learning Solution® not training. While traditional training is a waste of time, our Learning Solution® sessions, which are 70 hours per week, are truly unique in that we will conduct a pre and post skills assessment and provide a Project Management professional to mentor and coach class graduates for 90 days after graduation. Most learned behavior takes 21 days of repetition to become a habit. We will assist Boot Camp graduates to make Project Management methodology a habit by staying engaged with the learner for 90 days to reinforce lessons.
